The Department of Physical Education at Shri Ram College, Muzaffarnagar, organized a guest lecture on the topic "Technological Advancements in Physical Education." The program was inaugurated by keynote speakers Dr. Ajay Malik, Head of Department, Gurukul Kangri University, Haridwar; Dr. Prerna Mittal, Principal, Shri Ram College; Dr. Ashok Kumar, Director, Shri Ram College; Dr. Vineet Kumar Sharma, Dean, Academics, Shri Ram College; and Dr. Pramod Kumar, Head, Department of Physical Education, lighting a lamp before Goddess Saraswati.
On this occasion, keynote speaker Dr. Ajay Malik, speaking about the topic of the guest lecture, "Technological Advancements in Physical Education," said that technology in physical education refers to the effective and useful use of new communication tools, equipment, techniques, and machines developed as a result of advancements in science and technology. He explained that technology has the potential to increase student participation in physical education. Interactive apps, game-based fitness programs, and wearable devices can motivate students to participate in physical activities and track their progress in real time.
On this occasion, Dr. Prerna Mittal, Principal, Shri Ram College, congratulated all members of the Physical Education Department and urged the department to continue organizing such programs in the future to help students enhance their knowledge.
On this occasion, Dr. Ashok Kumar, Director, Shri Ram College, congratulated all lecturers in the Physical Education Department and said that in today's modern era, technology plays a significant role in all fields, and the field of physical education is no exception. Students from the Physical Education Department participate in university competitions every year, demonstrating high performance and bringing honor to the college.
On this occasion, Pramod Kumar, Head of the Physical Education Department, stated that participating in sports provides immense benefits to students, enhancing their physical and mental abilities. On this occasion, Pramod Kumar, Head of the Department of Physical Education, presented books to the keynote speaker, Professor Praveen Kumar, and Bhupendra Kumar presented books to Dr. Nitin Kumar, SD College, Muzaffarnagar.
At the end of the program, Sandeep Kumar Deswal, Lecturer, Department of Physical Education, thanked everyone and also expressed his gratitude to the keynote speaker, Dr. Ajay Malik, and thanked all the fellow speakers.The program was successfully conducted by Lecturer Vishwadeep Kaushik.
