The Faculty of Fine Arts at Shri Ram College organized a one-day workshop. The objective of this workshop was to educate students on the importance of creativity and spiritual consciousness in the Indian art tradition. Through the workshop, students were provided with in-depth knowledge of the historical, philosophical, and aesthetic aspects of art, giving a new dimension to their creative thinking.
On this occasion, Dr. Neelam Gaur, Director Faculty of the Faculty of Fine Arts at J.V. Jain College, Saharanpur, introduced students to the profound aspects of creativity and spirituality in ancient Indian art. Her scholarly and in-depth lecture enriched the students' academic understanding and fostered a deep appreciation for India's glorious artistic heritage. The students participated enthusiastically in the workshop, making the discussions more meaningful through questions related to the topic.
At the end of the program, Dr. Manoj Dhiman expressed his heartfelt gratitude on behalf of the Faculty of Fine Arts and the college family for Dr. Neelam Gaur's valuable time, profound knowledge, and inspiring dialogue with the students, and expressed hope for her continued support in the future.
The Head of the Department of Fine Arts, Meenakshi Kakaran, faculty members Binu Pundir, Reena Tyagi, Rajnikanth, Mayank Saini and Shahzadi along with all the faculty members had a commendable contribution in making this event successful.
