On the third day of the three-day annual event "Colors-2025-26" organized by the Shri Ram Group of Colleges, the New Year 2026 was ushered in with spectacular and colorful programs.
The annual festivities, held on the sports ground of Shri Ram College, welcomed the new year with immense enthusiasm, positive thinking, and youthful energy. The entire atmosphere was filled with new hope. Participants who had performed over the three days were awarded based on their performance. Students gave energetic and enthusiastic performances to welcome the new year.

Today's cultural programs began with a traditional Ganesh Vandana presented by the students of the Polytechnic. Akdas, a student from the Biosciences department, captivated the guests and students present at the program by singing the song "Woh Ladki Jo Sabse Alag Hai". After this, the students of Business Administration performed a spectacular Punjabi dance, earning much applause from all the guests and spectators present in the field. Following this, Crystal Verma attracted the attention of the audience with a special solo dance performance on a Bollywood song. Vanshika, a student from the Computer Applications department, mesmerized everyone with her solo dance performance. Following this, students from various departments of the college presented a dance drama on the "Radha-Krishna Holi" theme, creating a devotional atmosphere. The Journalism and Mass Communication department then captivated the audience with an impressive act based on the "Rani of Jhansi" musical. Students from Shri Ram College of Law presented the Sita Swayamvar drama, further enhancing the devotional ambiance. Students from the Fine Arts department gave a captivating group dance performance on the "Bhim Pratigya" theme. Students from Shri Ram College of Pharmacy presented a musical act on the theme of "She is the Power," promoting women's empowerment. Students from the Computer Applications department surprised and enthralled everyone with a highly impactful dance performance on the "Rakt Charitra" song, based on the theme of revenge.
Following this, the chief guest, former Minister of State for Agriculture and Farmers Welfare, Sanjeev Balyan, Muzaffarnagar, along with prominent personalities from the political, social, industrial, and medical fields, presented awards to the college's teachers and non-teaching staff for their contributions and dedication to the college.
In addition, the Best Teacher Award-2025 was given to Vikas Tyagi from the Bioscience department, the Excellent Teacher Award-2025 was given to Dr. Akanksha Singh from Applied Science Engineering, Rajkumar from the Agriculture Science department, Anshuman from Applied Science, Dr. Himanshu Hora from the Computer Applications department, Sonia Gaur from Shri Ram College of Law, Tinku Kumar from Shri Ram College of Pharmacy, and Vipul Sharma from Shri Ram Polytechnic. The Rising Star Award was given to Saba Rana from the Bioscience department, Tarun Kumar from the Physical Education department, Dr. Umra Rehmani from the Agriculture Science department, Abhinav Tyagi from Computer Applications, Viksit Kumar from Mechanical Engineering, and Deepak Kumar from Applied Science. Best Performance Award - 2025 was given to Deepak Kumar, Personal Assistant to the Chairman, Shriram Group of Colleges, Muzaffarnagar. Following this, the Non-Teaching Appreciation Award - 2025 was presented to Renu Chaudhary, Sagar Bansal, Khushboo, Manoj Pal, Ashish Tiwari, Sandeep Kumar, and Abhishek. The Shramमेव Jayate Award - 2025 was then given to Mohsin, Virendra Kumar, Deepak Kumar, Dayawati, Kavita, Surendra, Amarjeet, and others.
On this occasion, the Chief Guest, former Minister of State for Agriculture and Farmers Welfare, Sanjeev Balyan, Muzaffarnagar, praised the students of Shriram College and said that Shriram College is one of the leading institutions not only in the state but in the whole of India. Addressing the students, he said that coming to the college and being among them on New Year's Day every year gives him immense pleasure.
